This women’s bathroom at Bang Bang in San Diego is covered with pictures of Ryan Gosling.
Gant Rugger has amazing clothing. And now they have an awesome new store in Paris’s Marais to go with it. I am in love with the exposed brick painted white, and the custom floor is flawless. They even used antiques to hold product, and customized shelving with copper detailing. The best part is that they preserved as much of the original architecture as possible, and the crown moldings are perfect. Even the hangers are customized and super cool.
I can’t wait to get around to visiting the Gant Chicago. I hear good things.

The Case For:
Art in Bathrooms
Putting some sort of art in a bathroom is a way to make a private space a bit more personal. I am 100% for putting art in bathrooms, especially powder rooms or water closets. However, the problem with art in bathrooms is when you’re dealing with showers and tubs.
Showers and tubs give off tons of moisture through steam-especailly if you’re like me and enjoy really hot showers. So if you’re going to use art in a room with a shower or tub, make sure it’s not an original one of a kind piece. There is a chance that it could get damaged.
Also, make sure you have great ventilation-either windows or a vent-to keep the steam out of the room (this is also a good idea to keep paint and woodwork lasting longer).
The art you use can be either serious or cheeky. Just please, no pictures of people doing their business while you’re doing yours.
Who doesn’t love these floors?
